We run the world's largest online wine search engine and price comparison website. We're looking for a brilliant, full-time Customer Experience Specialist to join our 'Feedback' customer service team in New Lynn, Auckland, NZ.
Our team is on the front-lines handling the daily issues and quality control tasks coming from our community of wine retailers and users around the world.
Working with our retail store customers and users everyday you will partner with our Product, Design and Software Development teams to improve the website and app user experience.
